AzAAP Back to the Office Campaign
Sunrise Pediatrics is proud to participate in the Arizona Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics' (AzAAP) Back to the Office Campaign. There are three key goals that the AzAAP recommends parents and families adhere to during and after the COVID-19 pandemic:
Continue to attend well check appointments at open clinics:
Families can attend Sunrise Pediatrics for well visits (morning) or sick visits (afternoon). Dr. Shah is also seeing patients via telehealth visits. Call 480-892-3500 to schedule a visit!
Stay up to date with immunizations:
It's crucial that kids and teens receive their scheduled vaccinations such as Varicella and MMR, especially since preventable diseases such as measles are making a return.
Maintain healthy practices at home:
Since families are spending increased time at home, AzAAP recommends extra emphasis on hand-washing and healthy eating.
